This page explains how this website handles inquiries and optional analytics.

When you get in touch

We collect the name, email address, optional phone number, service interest, horse count, preferred timing, transport route (when applicable), and message you submit so Greenfields can respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Please don’t include payment details or other sensitive information.

Inquiries are stored in the website’s private database. The farm operator can access them to handle requests. On the production website, inquiry records are stored in a private database on the website host, and Resend processes inquiry details to deliver a notification to the farm’s designated mailbox. Cloudflare provides spam protection. In non-public previews, synthetic inquiries are saved in a separate private preview database and are not delivered to the farm.

Optional analytics

If analytics is enabled, we ask before loading Google Analytics. You can decline and still use the inquiry form. Analytics measures page views, service interest, directions clicks, inquiry starts, and successful submissions. We do not send your name, email, phone number, or message to analytics. Advertising features are disabled.

If you allow analytics, campaign names from the page link may also be saved with your inquiry to help us understand how people find the farm. We remember your cookie preference in your browser. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable optional analytics.

Other services

Production fonts are hosted with the website. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to help prevent spam; this security check is separate from optional analytics. The directions link opens Google Maps only when you choose it. These services have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

To ask about your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion, contact Greenfields and select the service related to your original inquiry. Provide enough information to identify your earlier request. Inquiries are kept while needed to handle the request and related business records; the farm operator reviews records and removes those no longer needed, including notification copies held in the farm mailbox.
